How do I book a service?
All bookings must be made by contacting Louise directly either via the Contact Form on the website or via email on info@laj-nutrition.com. You will be contacted via email after submitting your booking request to confirm suitable arrangements for your chosen service to commence and a formal booking confirmation will be sent to you via email.
I have booked the Full Consultation Package. What will happen ahead of my Initial Consultation?
When you receive your booking confirmation for the Full Consultation Package, you will be contacted via email at least 7 days in advance of your Initial Consultation date and asked to complete an Initial Consultation Questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask you to provide information on your current lifestyle, eating habits, medical background etc. This is for the purpose of allowing Louise to gain backround knowledge of you as the client which will enable a unique tailored approach to your Initial Consultation to be achieved.
How long after my Initial Consultation will I receive my personalised meal plan?
All clients who have undergone their Initial Consultation as part of the Full Consultation Package will receive their personalised meal plan within 7 days of the Initial Consultation date. The meal plan will then be followed for 1 month prior to your follow up consultation.
I am interested in the 'R&R' package, how does the service work?

The R&R package is conducted in two stages, the initial stage is a 1:1 30 minute online consultation to discuss which areas of the package you would like to work on i.e. Rejuvenate by increasing physical activity or Recharge by practising techniques to unwind or you may want a balance of both!
Following on from the consultation you will have a 3 week personalised schedule to suit your lifestyle sent to you via email and after three weeks you will have a 30 minute follow up consultation to discuss your progress!
If I wish to cancel or reschedule a booked service how do I do this and will I be charged?
If you wish to completely cancel a booked session, the cancellation policy requires the client to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via email . If notice of cancellation is received within only 24 hours of the appointment, 20% of the overall cost of the service will be non-refundable. ​

If you wish to reschedule your booked consultation date there will be no charge. A minimum of 48 hours notice via email should be given to allow for the appointment to be scheduled at a later date.
