I can well recommend Louise for any help you need with diet and nutrition. I had an in depth online consultation after having completed a questionnaire which went through my diet, exercise and lifestyle. No mean feat it has to be said as I am quite an odd eater almost vegan and even then a lot of things I don’t like and I am also diabetic. Some really great advice was given which has helped me control my blood sugar and eat better. I cannot thank Louise enough.
